August 11, 2023 - Color is salmon. On the nose: Minerals, citrus and strawberries. On the palate: Strawberry, orange zest , lots of minerals and a bit of cream. Solid wine.

February 14, 2023 - Light and a little fruit on the nose. Taste has a bit citrus, dry with medium acid. Went well with roast Salmon with Dijon, pepitas and breadcrumb topping.

September 5, 2022 - Unripe berries, medium acidity. Seems to be heading in the direction of other Provence Rosé which is lighter color and unfortunately lighter flavor. Hopefully this trend eventually stops.
