March 18, 2024 - Clearly a BdN; rich berries, sour apple, and an interesting bitterness. 2017 base, disgorged July 2022, 2 g/l dosage. This wasn’t bad at all. However, there are many other BdN’s I like as much or more that now cost less. When I want E-O, I’ll save my funds for the Rosé, VP, Les Vignes de Vrigny, and if I find a deal, Les Crayéres. .

밸런드가 미쳤다
꿀, 갈변한 사과, 배 계열 위주가 아니라 적절히 레몬, 메네랄리티 등이 섞이면서 구조감에 매우 좋은 팔렛이 완성된다.
도사주가 2g 밖에 안됨에서 과실에서 오는 산뜻한 단 맛이 최소 brut 정도를 예상하게 된다.2 people found this helpful Comment -

March 9, 2024 - Always struggled with their style and further adding to that struggle is their price point. While they are a known quality producer, oxy just isn’t my wheelhouse.
Bruised apple & Bosc pear, apple cider, grapefruit, marzipan, saline, some caramel notes, yeastiness, bread dough, crisp chalkiness, limestone marl, touch of unsweetened graham crackers, withering yellow lilies, pleasant acidity and while it has a nice structure, balanced, but the finish falls into an unpleasant over oxidative bitterness/bite.1 person found this helpful -

March 9, 2024 - Pale gold hue. Aromas and flavors of apple, brioche, cream, peach, pear, minerals, and saline. Medium body and high acidity. Long finish. Balanced and beautiful. 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.
