March 17, 2024 - Hot dang— every time I drink a German reisling I ask why I do t have more in the cellar. So fresh, lively and pure with a kick of spritz. Delightful!

August 3, 2023 - Mello, smooth and mildly sweet. Full bodied. Essence of apples, pears and soft spice.

May 11, 2023 - Fragrant ripe summer melon, green and orange, eager on the nose, accompanied by hints of herbs and a mineral streak.

May 11, 2023 - Method: pop and pour; white wine glass; about 52 degrees

Look: medium straw with a faint lime green tint

Nose: fresh cut peach including the peach fuzz, hint of lime, minerality, ginger

Palate: peach, ginger;medium finish lime, light minerality; medium- (maybe low+) sweetness; medium- body; high integrated, but piercing, acidity

Overall thoughts: Great tension between the sweetness and piercing acidity. Very tasty with expressive fruit and spice at the forefront. However, I would like a bit more complexity and the finish is surprisingly shorter. Great wine!

May 11, 2023 - Nose: white peach, ocean spray, mineral, ginger

Palate: ripe yellow peach, mineral, saline; medium finish of peach and mineral; juicy, medi - body; high acid

Overall: not super complex but juicy and delicious!
