March 3, 2023 - Ordentlich für einen Weißen. In der Nase sehr blumig, fast an Ros? erinnernd. Am Gaumen noch recht viel Säure. Gut: Fruchtigkeit ohne Süße. Am Ende für meinen Geschmack etwas zu viel Schärfe.
Dies ist der letzte Weiße aus dem WWS Einsteigerpaket. Fazit: Sauvignon Blanc ist zu scharf, Trockener Riesling zu sauer, Chardonnay aus der Eiche interessant aber zu "weird". Bleibt Weißburgunder, der ist gut.
Nachtrag: Jetzt hatte ich das Grausige am Gaumen - eher nicht mein Ding, aber interessant. -

February 19, 2023 - Big SB grassy nose which led me to expect a sharper, tarter wine. Rounder, smoother, and directionally fatter and softer than I expected. Pleasant flavors of citrus, apple, with a nice acidity. Better as it warms. A bit thin feeling when cold but body builds as it warms. Great value. For me it drinks-above its score as it feels honest and not industrial.

February 1, 2023 - Early Feb 2023: pale amber color; nose of gooseberry and kiwi flavors; on the palate surprisingly smooth and low on acidity.

November 28, 2022 - Fine for an every day white wine. Lemon zest balanced with apple; a bit plush for a Sauvignon blanc in a good way.

September 11, 2022 - Erfüllt alle Ansprüche an einen einfachen, nicht so cool climate-igen sauv blanc. Aromatisch, Maracuja und Stachelbeere, eher auf der reifen Seite. Nicht so die knackige Säure, eher warm-schleifendes Mundgefühl.
