June 15, 2023 - Popped and poured, this light salmon-colored rosé is just what the doctor typically orders for a warm summer day. A blend of 30% Carignan, 29% Grenache, 23% Cinsault, 9% Syrah and 9% Rolle that was vinified entirely in stainless steel, it serves up a crisply acidic package of clementines, strawberries, cantaloupe, ginger and wet stones. Light-bodied and without noticeable alcohol (13%), it retains good mid-palate presence and concludes with a saline-laden, medium-length finish. Immediately accessible, this screams to be popped and poured on the beach or at a summertime barbecue. Enjoy it this year or next. Drink now-2024.
