Community Tasting Notes 1

  • oldwines Likes this wine: 90 points

December 6, 2022 - Tasted at Azienda Agricola Cortese Guiseppe at the top of the Rabajà vineyard. This wine is aged in stainless steel and oak. It was quite minerally on the nose and palate with a lean but chewy texture with plummy red fruit, good acidity and no noticeable tannins to speak of. It did have a long finish that was distinctly saline. Solid wine but didn't excite me.
