October 28, 2023 - Opened up since last bottle, which makes all elements stand out more clearly. As this is semi-sweet wine, the sweet component is obvious now. Drink fairly cold or wait a year or so for the wine to absorb some of the sweetness. Perfect for "sud-ouest apéritif", i.e. foi gras on toast.

March 31, 2023 - Quintessential Jurançon. Semi-sweet around a core of fresh acidity, this will last a long time while developping more complex notes. Already delicious, will keep and continue to get better.
