June 25, 2021 - DnP. Pale cognac coloured. Open sweet toffee, caramel and iodine bouquet. Intense medium sweet elegant on the palate, toffee again. Ok, considering the age but is considerably older appearing than the specimen enjoyed 10 years ago!

February 1, 2019 - Enjoyed this. A lot of dry richness, and while not particularly complex, an engaging overall profile

December 27, 2018 - Good but not pristine cork. Probably re-corked about 15 years ago. Deep golden color. Fresh tasting, with honey, florals, tropical fruits and a mineral finish. The sugar is still slightly evident, but the bracing acidity keeps this very food-friendly. Great depth and breadth.

July 29, 2017 - Truffles with the SLDS (CFs): Blind. Golden colour. Wax/candlestick, cinnamon, orange, mandarin, apricot and pear. Moderate sweetness on the palate, finishes feeling quite dry but still has good flavour intensity and nice depth. In very good condition and would still develop further based on this bottle.
