  Fresh nose, red fruit with a little reduction,
  Lovely freshness here, red cherries, floral, light but not short of flavour, mineral.
  This is wonderful, joyful even.

  November 27, 2023 - This wine is medium ruby to the eye.
  
  On the nose, strong scents of raw beef, along with plumb and black cherry.
  
  On the palate, med acid, and silky tannins. Flavors of a mix of red and black current, mushroom, and herbal notes, with hints of dark plumb.
  
  Perhaps this wine is past it's prime... the flavors are a little off, and its not very enjoyable.

  September 5, 2023 - A bit more open and juicy than the previous bottle. Otherwise, consistent aromas and flavors.
