December 18, 2008 - Interesting cabernet, not your typical california cab. Dark cherries and a sort of odd nose. Drinking nicely.

November 6, 2006 - Clear deep red. Very light on the nose, perhaps a bit earthy. The first thing that struck me was the lack of aroma. After some vigourous swirling, it yeilds a nice bouquet but it quickly fades. Now, I try some and it is not very good. It is astringent and has a strange taste to it, almost chemically. The aroma was better than the wine. It's also alcohol forwards and hits you strong. The body is fine and smooth. There is no finish. Oh, it does have a very nice label with a hummingbird on it. Since I paid for it, I probably drink it, but my notion is not for Moshin.
