May 7, 2024 - I couldn't control myself and opened another bottle even though I thought it needed another year when I tasted it last. It is better but still not in its best drinking interval. The red and black fruit is more apparent but the tannins are still too strong. Drank over 2 nights and better on the second night.

April 12, 2024 - Medium in color. Very aromatic. Notes of black tea, cherries, and some floral/herbaceous notes. Medium body with mild/moderate tannins. Similar notes on the palate but also some sour cherry. Overall interesting wine and great value.

March 30, 2024 - Appearance: ruby , clear, medium
Nose: herbaceous, ripe, black plums, woody, soil
Palate: body medium, acidity medium, tannin medium, FI medium, alc medium
Had with Italian food as well, lovely herbaceous notes.

March 17, 2024 - This wine has a deep ruby color. I drank most of it over 2 nights and saved enough for a small glass on the 3rd night. It is highly concentrated with puckering tannins that were very prominent on night one, less prominent on nights 2 and 3. The dark fruit began to appear on night 2 and was more apparent on night 3. The obvious conclusion is that it is not yet ready to drink. I suspect that it will be much better in another year or 2.
