Community Tasting Notes 2

February 3, 2024 - This was a Costco treasure find, recommended by our resident Som from the in-store wine team. This Pinot is earthy and medium-bodied with bright, herbaceous notes of strawberry, pomegranate, thyme, sagebrush and moist forest. Well balanced and embodies the point of views of both the male and female winemakers. Due to its aging in small French oak and long-term bottle aging, we found this wine to be smooth and supple with notes of vanilla, oak, brioche, and light spice. A real delight on a rainy Saturday night at home.

August 5, 2023 - You’d never tell this wine was Pinot Noir underneath the artificial oak and high residual sugar.
