    April 27, 2024 - A little high-toned and medicinal for me.

    April 12, 2024 - Wine Rating Methodology
96-100: One of the most enjoyable wines I have ever tasted. I would not hesitate to open this wine for any Master of Wine.
91-95: Extremely enjoyable wine that I would drink and buy again. Fantastic to open up for those who appreciate wine.
85-90: Decent to good wine. Weekday bottle you don’t feel guilty about not finishing.
Below 85: would not drink or buy again.
***Price of wine vs. enjoyment (value) is taken into consideration
***I do not provide tasting notes as everyone’s palate is different, and will have a different experience.

March 27, 2024 - Drunk over two nights and perhaps better the second? Richer and fuller than some AV Pinot's, dark cherry, hint of tar, pomegranate.

  • Twopawsup Likes this wine: 91 points

December 25, 2023 - Ruby, color with medium legs. Orange peel, cedar and clove on the nose. Raspberry, plum and red tea on the palate. Long silky finish.

June 20, 2023 - This is very nice and in the house style. I'm not sure the vintage has the concentration that you typically find from WS. I'm okay with that as I like my pinots with some edge.
