April 30, 2024 - Lemon zest, grapefruit, chamomile, and a pleasant minerality. The finish has a moderately tangy crescendo which releases to a honeyed, grassy peach note. While not robust, this SB rings all the bells nonetheless.

April 18, 2024 - A sweeter version of sauvignon blanc. Not sugary, but notes on the nose and mouthfeel, but it does have acidity to stand up to food.
