  February 18, 2024 - Bursting of lime with notes of honey and apple blossom / sauce typical of the Mosel. The sweetness is incredibly balanced by the bright acidity. Fantastic on its own or with spicy food.

  September 21, 2023 - PnP, 7% Alc., clear pale yellow color.
  
  Nose: Lychee, pineapple, yellow fruit. Deep, complex and concentrated.
  
  Palate: Mouthwatering with brilliant acidity. Lychee, pear, lemon touch and yellow fruit, even a bit saltiness. All components are very pure and highly concentrated yet elegant and not tiring to drink. Nicely long, fruity, complex finish.
  
  Exceptionally good Auslese! Nonetheless, due to my personal preferences I would prefer the Kabinett from the same vintage and location - at least for now.

  September 9, 2023 - Day 8-9 I think. Nose is ripe and sweet with about half and half orchard (ripe peach and red apple) and citrus (lime and tangerine) fruits, juicy fruit gum, honey, honeysuckle, cumin, brown spices, blue slate. With time hints of vanilla cream and whipped cream. It’s sweet and crisp even with a week of air. The palate is just superb - it coats the entire mouth - slathering it with ripe peach, red apple, crisp lime, tangerine, honey. It’s crisp and exhilarating with perfect acid and sugar balance. Lime and excellent minerality dominate in the mid palate. Tart and crisp on the finish, lots of lime and slate. Ends with a soaring note of crystallized sugar. So playful and perfumed. Even with a week of air, this was better an hour after being poured and warmed up somewhat. It’s like the Platonic Ideal of Prum WS Auslese. Pitch perfect. Nose - 5-5.5+/6, Palate - 5.5+/6, Finish - 5-5.5+/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 17-18/20 (with 17.5-18.5/20 potential.)

  December 17, 2022 - [2021 Riesling Night #1 - 12/17/2022]
  Screeching acidity, highly concentrated stone fruit, white flower, passion fruit. This is so freaking delicious, will only improve with time. Sweetness is balanced by the acid, fruit is so concentrated and luscious, a WOTN for many among the Rieslings opened tonight. 95++
