Community Tasting Notes 1

September 1, 2012 - Very funky nose upon opening. Fungal matter. Recorked for a day prior to consumption. Still damp vegatal matter on the nose, carries enough to the palate to add depth but not enough to distrurb the fruit. Well balanced palate. Acidity is still there. The fruit is, too, but is moving away, which makes 2014 truly the end of the line. Drink up now, this one is excellent.
