March 31, 2013 - Slow-O 2 hours (but I should have also decanted this for an hour to really do it justice). Medium straw color, still quite bright. Aromas of fresh cut apple, chalk, pebbles, flint, some quince. Medium-bodied, very fresh and clearly built for extended ageing. Very classy, very Chassagne-Montrachet. Solid future. 13,0% abv, drink thru 2023

May 12, 2010 - Golden straw, clear and translucent. On the nose the wine was subtle with toasted hazelnut, apple pie, clove and cardamom, honeysuckle and stone. The palate was expansive and complex with quiet oak influence beneath pear puree, ripe fig, buttered toast, lemon meringue and baking spice. The acidity was understated, but the wine displayed balance of fruit, alcohol, and length. It drank as though the wine was more developed that it should've been, which was fine with me. Very enjoyable now but should develop more complexity over the next 8-16 years.

November 19, 2007 - Really deep, powerful, intense rich spicy Chassagne, long satisfying finish. Super
