February 7, 2014 - Tonights wine. Bergström Lancelotti Vineyard 2006 Pinot Noir. Earthy aroma, forrest floor with lots of ripe strawberry and mild white pepper on the nose. On the palate it have a similar profile with meduim tannins and a long finish with both leather and dry chocolate powder. Have a nice balance with acidity and fruit sweetness of. A tad hot at the start of the back end but otherwise a very nice wine that might have been to old. This one could have keeped at least 2 more years

November 29, 2013 - Decanted 3 hours. The wine showed no Pinot characteristics, nor Oregon profile. Reminded me of an aging new world styled CdP from a warm vintage. Stewed fruits and a rich full bodied palate. The previous bottle a few years back was much better. After a glass, I moved on to something else.

October 18, 2013 - Dark red color and full mouthfeel from more extracted wine making. Delicious raspberry cherry fruit. Drinking beautifully. Nice long finish.
