May 13, 2024 - Nice wine, though I expected a little more from the reviews below. Good cherry fruit, but a bit muted on the nose and somewhat flat on the palate. I guess I would put this in the good not great category with respect to other Barbera d'Asti. Can't complain too much for $16. I don't think one can beat Vietti's version - twice the wine for $4 more.

April 20, 2024 - Nose of blueberry, black cherry, plum, and spring flowers, same on the palate, medium body, almost medium/big body, tasty, smooth, easy to sip and savor, fruit forward, needs 2 years to peak, good acid, small amount of soft tannins on the medium/long finish, lovely aftertaste, great Costco price point, back label photo uploaded.

April 8, 2024 - Decanted 30 Minutes to let wine open a bit. When decanting lovely rich deep purple color w/fragrant cherry aroma. Flavor of ripe plums tart cherries w/good legs. Soft acidity on the finish. Nice w/Capresse appetizer & Pork al Limone

March 6, 2024 - A Southern Rhone vibe, with notes of black raspberry, black licorice, and black pepper commingling throughout. Simple yet tasty, although not a profile I typically expect from Barbera.
