August 25, 2022 - From barrel. Just a touch of Grenacha and Malvasia. If I caught it right a touch of carbonic as well. A touch fermenting still btu smells totally different. A white wine with a soul of a red I am being told. So obviously this should be filed under the Hapa Blanco. 30 days with skins and stems but not too orange-y. More apple, not with the fruit notes of ravella. Ever changing right now. Amazing stuff.
