February 12, 2023 - A wine you have to “be in the mood” for. A marriage of fruit punch and kombucha funk at first taste, but a bit more savory as the sips go on. Not an easy-quaffing summer rose. It’s the aperitif that crosses over to the main course and then follows you to dessert.

December 23, 2022 - Strong reductive natural wine funk that made this undrinkable at first. Decanted. Almost hot pink in color. After 10 minutes, the reduction started to blow off. However, this needed 30 minutes to show itself. Faint aromas of reductive strawberry. Light-moderate flavors of matchstick, faint flavors of red fruits, and a tingly spine of acidity. Overall, the reduction is distracting to what is a fresh wine with faint fruit aromas/flavors.
