November 7, 2023 - New vintage for me.
On nose: apple skin, Meyer lemon and vanilla / oak notes.
On palate: all above flavours in sync, with clean minerality and a judicious balance of acidity, on a light- medium body....after a 1 hour decant notes of ripe pear and ( I kid you not!) Witbier hops ....good food wine for herbed chicken or salmon....can age and expand for a few years.

October 18, 2023 - Nice golden yellow color. Nice richness on the palate. Lime starts it off, but there is plenty of supporting green apple. Very light hint of pineapple with honeyed peach. Good dose of spiciness. The oak makes its appearance towards the mid palate. Even a touch of lemongrass on the roof of the mouth. Maybe a touch of lanolin. Very balanced acid. Some sneaky minerality.

October 1, 2023 - Clear medium lemon; clean medium nose of meyer lemon and caramel sauce; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus to pronounced flavour intensity; palate has fruit payoff with addition of pith and caramel overload; long finish; drink now; generous fruit and caramel bomb - it doesn’t hide its oak influence! - very crowd pleasing

October 30, 2022 - Very nice this vintage. Maybe a bit better than last year’s. Lemon, lime, and yellow apple. Nice balance of acid, vanilla, and spice. Finish is at least medium in length.

Edited May 2023: had a second bottle with similar results.
