  January 5, 2024 - Great example of the variatel. Great nose, lemon juice, funk, guava fruit. Intense mouth feel of citrus and fruit. This is what SB should be. Nice balance of acid and fruit. This would be very good with Italian picatta or chilled and served with a grilled shrimp appetizer.

  September 16, 2023 - 89-90 range. To the nose, cut grass primarily. On the palate, grapefruit and melon with slight lemon and cut grass. Tangy more than sweet, relatively, with good acidity and salinity.

  September 9, 2023 - Lemon, green apple, kiwi, and cut grass on the nose. Palate brings in some limestone and a touch of grapefruit with a short, tangy finish. Good QPR, delicious with fried chicken.
