  November 18, 2023 - Aromas of sweet strawberry, cherry, citrus, vanilla, mushrooms, a little stale bread and dried herbs... full and broad attack on the palate, this is tightly knit but there's gorgeous texture here, complex pithy and herbal tones complement the sweet oak and ripe fruit. Long dry finish, herbal and citrusy, but there's nice red fruit and oak spice too. Not as open and engaging as the 2017 was at this stage, but this is nonetheless a gorgeous and immensely complex pink wine. No doubt, it'll be worth following another 5 years, if not 10+

  Medium (+) intensity aromas of watermelon, red grape flesh, cotton candy, honeydew melon, strawberry, lavender, grapefruit pith.
  
  Pronounced palate.

  September 1, 2023 - Not your usual rose. Not sweet: oak and rioja. Delicious as a cold aperitif or with food.

  August 20, 2023 - Similar to the 2017 but a bit fresher. A great burst of pink grapefruit on the mid palette.

  May 12, 2023 - Delightful dark salmon pink rosado. Savoury, strawberry, sour red fruit notes. A little oxidised edge. Complex and long. If this weren’t marketed as being “the new Tondonia” you would think it excellent. Can’t it just be it’s own delightful self ?
