May 2, 2014 - Brick red, hot right off the bat, menthol note, sl vegetal note, mellow tannins, raisins, not much fruit left, drink soon

April 12, 2014 - Cork split on removal. Pulled remaining cork and filtered into decanter. Drank right away. A little vegetal on palate to begin with, after 30 minutes it blew off and was drinking very well. Subdued fruit and virtually no tannin. Drink now if still holding.

April 12, 2014 - Drank in Apr 2014. Showed full body with tannin's still present. Alcohol content was high and a bite tart but went down smoothly. Dark Cherry flavors present and a hint of chocolate.

September 9, 2012 - Good – clear mid to dark ruby appearance; fruit on nose; off-dry to medium; low to mid acidity; mid but quite soft tannins; medium to full body; mid to long finish; very fruity – quite hot; red fruits; nice balance and structure; great QPR. Had with Steal with a Marsala wine sauce topped with Stilton.
