April 8, 2023 - Ripe dark cherries on the nose. Medium to full bodied, smooth and supple, showing juicy and crunchy dark ripe cherries with a light spicy twist and firm acidity and gentle tannic bite. Delicious and great pairing with the beef tartar at Ventuno.
