December 24, 2022 - Vielleicht war ich etwas ungnädig beim letzten Mal. Braucht auf jeden Fall Zeit und Luft! Am Anfang viel Bitternoten, die mit der ausgeprägten Säure zunächst nicht zusammenkommen. Mit der Zeit schöne, helle Steinobst -Frucht, gelbe Birne, schöner Schmelz, etwas Salz . Wird immer besser! 87
Am zweiten Tag sehr schön, mit frischer, lebhafter Säure, alles integrierter, pflanzliche Noten, etwas Tabak. 90 -

October 29, 2022 - Getrocknete gelbe Frucht, gelbe Würze. Mittlerer Bau und Cremigkeit, ziemlich herb. Nicht so ganz beisammen .
