March 12, 2022 - This has evolved beautifully and is now spectacular. Intensely fragrant nose of violet , tar, black fruit and a touch of mushroom. Medium acidity and a beautiful palate of dark fruit, leather, rose petals and truffle. Transitioning to vanilla cream and firm but sweet tannins and a LONG finish. What an absolute joy to drink.

January 9, 2018 - Needed two hours to open up and soften the tannins. Licorice , tart cherry, currants and savory notes with a mineral and iodine finish.

February 8, 2015 - Packing a punch - everything that makes barolo great - delicacy on the nose and then a really smooth flavour - tannins now smooth and all in all everything in balance

January 24, 2015 - Not too innovative as name on the bottle suggests. Very round and ready, nose of everything you are expecting from ready to drink barolo: strawberry and some plums on one side and tar and chocolate and minerality on another. Just enough of tanins with amazing long finish. Great. Drink 2016+

June 7, 2014 - Very classical nose with a hint of dries berries, pepper. Full mouth and impressive balance
