  January 12, 2024 - This wine delivers so much pleasure!
  This is an simple Cab Franc vinified on the fruit side. The palate is very juicy, clean, and fresh. You can find nice blue and black berries, a slight animal side from Can Franc (no barnyard), good weight and length. Medium acidity which holds the wine well and fine tannins.
  Kind of gloo gloo wine but really perfectly made. I could.not stop tasting it, which makes me giving it +2 for the overall sensation of pleasure this wine is delivering.
  Ideas for pairing: dry meat plates, blood pudding, bird games, but you also easily drink it on its own.
  Definitely a great value!

  January 6, 2024 - Volles, klares Rot mit einem Einschlag Violett im Glas.
  In der Nase angenehm frisch mit Fruchtnoten von schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Kirschen. Bouquet unterlegt mit grasigen und grünen Kräuter - Aromen.
  Am Gaumen frische und knackige Säure mit Johannisbeernoten und Aromen von grüner Paprika sowie grünen Kräutern. Die Tanine sind griffig und passend zu den leicht grünen Noten.
  Mittlerer Körper und mittlere Länge. Sehr frischer Wein!
