  August 25, 2023 - Barolo Dinner (Mathilde Bistro - SF): Agree with Rich on this one - it did not really do much for me. 1g dosage, it's quite linear but without the energy and charm of say the Tarlant Zero. I will say that I didn't taste this until the end of the night after sampling a dozen barolos and a glass of the Climens, so YMMV.

  August 25, 2023 - Barolo Dinner (Mathilde, San Francisco): Low dosage. Blanc de blancs. Balanced, but lacking a bit of excitement and depth compared to the Vilmart. Lovely though.
