  November 21, 2012 - Enticing, berry and melon bouquet, unfortunately not backed up by the taste. A bit too much on the tame side, but evolving and becoming better after decanting for a few hours. Positive things were a nice tannic dryness without any nasty acidity.
  
  A good wine, but I had expected more based on earlier tastings, which were all much more interesting that this time.

  March 28, 2012 - Last bottle of the case I bought and I wish I had more! Textbook Oregon Pinot. Fully mature at this point, but far from tired. Balanced from start to finish, with polished layers of flavors and complexity of fruit. I will drink the rest of this bottle slowly...

  December 12, 2010 - Very nice wine with Thanksgiving dinner. Earthy but with a nice balance of fruit. Also had a Burgandy with dinner which was better -- but not a lot.

  July 24, 2010 - We had this with salmon for our 44th wedding anniversary dinner. Started a bit thin and uninspiring. However, developed over the evening and was excellent by the time we got around to the DeBrand's chocolate truffles.

  August 5, 2009 - Subtle wine. Great cherry, spice, earthy nose but then light on the palate, almost ephemeral though with very nice staying power. It's nice when a winemaker has the courage to make a pinot that can not be used for blood transfusions.
