  For a 2007 very great. Roasted almonds, tea biscuit, No harsh acidity, not too sweet. Last bottle I had 3 years ago. This was also a stunning bottle. 96

  December 12, 2020 - Bouteille dégustée sans prise de note.
  Nez frais sur les fruits bancs, arômes d'autolyse (brioche, levure), citron, amande.
  Le vin enrobe bien la bouche en attaque, la finesse de la bulle et l'acidité encore bien présente vient équilibré l'ensemble. la longueur est correcte.
  j'ai beaucoup mieux goûté ce champagne comparativement a la dernière fois il y a deux ans. Il est encore en début de vie et nécessitera encore 5 ans avant d'être réellement remarquable je pense.
  A ce stade, le rapport Q/P est encore défavorable.
  C'est un très bon champagne et le reste de la tablée l'a beaucoup apprécié

  December 31, 2018 - Popped and poured. Drank over 2 hours. Light golden color. Wonderful nose of brioche, nuts and a tinge of vanilla. On the plate this is has lots of texture and good acidity backing up a profile of asian pear and citrus. Really enjoyable. Should drink well for 10+ years

  November 5, 2018 - For 2007 a nicely fresh and dense wine. In the nose a lot of roasted nuts and almonds but in the palate citrus dominated and very elegant. Long pure finish. Very elegant, not a typical BdB, the sugar is not overdosed. 93-94. Delicious
