December 1, 2023 - Drack till fisksoppa med lite hetta. Gott och det blev lite sött och mycket grillad citron.

June 17, 2023 - You can say what you want but the quality price point of this wine is spot on. Great wine with a long finish.

June 10, 2023 - Big Burgundy Tasting (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Stone fruit, sweet spice, touch of leesy richness, contained oak. Nice nose. A touch of green apples joins the stone fruit on the palate, whisper of tannic burr, simple but nice.

April 2, 2023 - Lemon hue with a hint of gold, medium intensity. Young, medium(-) intensity nose. "Broad", rather neutral and restrained aroma, except for some vinegar-like VA. On the palate dry, medium(+) acidity, medium body. 13%. Roundish with thick, oily texture, and a nice lift. Good length with lemons.
Follows over four days, best day 3 and 4; cleaner, more developed, more expressive, yet integrated. Very nice.

Chardonnay grapes from three vineyards around Puilly-Fuissé, rich on limestone. Fermented and stored separately in stainless steel, before blending and bottling.

March 24, 2023 - Nose: Peach, pineapple, lemon, mineral.

Palate: High acid, dry mid-palate, some lemon and a stony finish.

Feels a bit green and unripe.
