May 22, 2023 - Eðalklúbburinn í Búrgundarhéraðinu.; 5/21/2023-5/27/2023 (Búrgundarhéraðið.): Ilmur: Þarna var mjög mikið stökk frá grunn chablis víninu. Við fundum blóm, steinefni, smjör og líka eikartóna hérna.
Svo á tungu þá var nefnt til sögunnar: Olía, krydd og sýrutónar. Síðar voru þarna líka steinefni, smjör og vanilla. Eftirbragðið var mjög gott. Ég held að þetta vín fáist heima. Það eru góð kaup í þessu víni.
