March 23, 2024 - Small taster. Definitely needs more age, quite shut down at the moment. Has potential. Lime, apple, pear and white flowers. Quite creamy mouthfeel. Hold, could reach 92-93

March 20, 2024 - PnP, pale gold colour. A little bit tight, medium/high acidity, lemon pie, with hints of wax and seashell, and salinity on the finish. Concentrated while being light on its feet. I found the 2021 Bas de Chapelot to be more open for business right away whereas the Butteaux shows more potential. (91-92)

March 18, 2024 - Les Portes d'Or de la Bourgogne - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (William Fèvre's Vineyards - Chablis): Walkaround tasting with producers. Ripe and lean apple, ultra bright, slightly backward right now, better from 2027. Good+ length.
