March 16, 2024 - Tight to start, very slowly opening up. Lemon zest, pineapple, hint of jalapeños (never have had this note before in Loire). This is especially pleasant, showing a balanced acidity, generally complex fruit and vegetal notes — especially green. My first Silex ever. Very much looking forward to trying older vintages, and this one aging.
