December 24, 2022 - Decanted 36 hours. Matchsticks, earthy vegetables, dirt. Solid color that teases brown. Nice acid, lovely tannins, roses, blue fruit. WAY better than when we PNPd this, obviously.

November 25, 2022 - Flint, pepper, herbs, toasty. Definitely a bit hot. Cherries, nice tannins, lovely dryness, and a bit of vanilla.
