February 29, 2024 - Having thoroughly enjoyed a glass of t Grenache Blanc-dominated Inopia (v20, 14% ABV) earlier in 2024 as well as t knock-outer white Neuf Magis f Saouma (aka Le Moine), I opted to go for a full bottle, closing Feb in a proper manner. And yes, it truly shines - gorgeous fruit, perfected, rounded texture (18m on t lees) & superb complexity. Beautiful golden in t glass. Nose brimes w white flowers, lime & lemon, peach, tad of vanilla, flint. Round, rich, yet cool, fresh & versatile, m-acid, neat, chalky & lingering!

January 24, 2024 - Pale platinum gold with green tint. Nose: citrus, white flowers, cement, hint of cedar. Palate: citrus, pear, passion fruit, tropical yellow fruits, salinity and flowers. Medium to medium-full bodied, medium to medium-high acidity. medium structure and medium alcohol. Fresh and balanced. High intensity for such a pale color wine. Complex with layers of fruits wrapping each other. Long finish.

Wonderful Burgundy style Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc. I would recommend decanting or let it breathe for at least an hour prior to drinking.

December 29, 2023 - Dinner at Ecco , St Moritz (Ecco , St Moritz): A great surprise and really this came out of nowhere when the excellent sommelier at Ecco, St Moritz suggested a wine by the glass from their pairing to bridge the gap between our white ( 2009 Terlan Rarity - Papies 93) and the reds. We ended up taking th whole bottle as this wine punches way higher than its price tag and pedigree. Firm, mineral, bright and full of charming energy. Beautiful wine and an easy92 probably more if one adjusts for the cost.

September 6, 2023 - Goodness, this is fabulous. The long elevage in a mix of vessels (concrete eggs and 500L barrels) results in a dynamic and complex wine, very aromatic and spicy, savory and floral, silky and deep... Rotem and Mounir are immensely talented.

Aromas of sweet pear, citrus, strawberry candy, fresh toasty sourdough, balsam fir, cloves, honeysuckle.... fresh and textured on the palate, this is rather full but somehow also delicate and buoyant, silky, grippy, very long. So good. Should be worth following at least a few years, maybe 10+ in a cold cellar.

August 13, 2023 - This was a richer and heavier white than expected. Well rounde, full bodied, and good minerality. Hint of oak. Definitely decant. A bold white
