February 9, 2024 - Decanted. Now 2h after decant. Aromas is green stems, bark, red cherries, and a bit of earth. Palate w green stems, red cherries, medicinal bark, and earth. More bass notes. Medium body. Nice acids. More savory and the fruit is definitely in the background. Lacks balance bc of this. They medicinal flavors remind meet of the Asian herbal medicines of my childhood. Not that most pleasant of memories.
