April 28, 2024 - 72 months on lees. Deep straw color. Aromas of green apple. pear, lemon, brioche, chalk. Light body, high acidity, fresh and creamy. Mineral finish.

February 2, 2024 - Low dosage (2.5 g/L) blanc de blancs, 6 years on lees, disgorged Jan 2023. Excellent. Slightly dark straw colored; light bouquet; incredibly fine and swirling perlage. Bright and complex. Perfect as aperitif.
