October 29, 2022 - Drawn directly from the cask, spring release 2022, 15.5% ABV. Wonderfully fragrant nose of flowers and yeast, hay and green apple, sea breeze; bone dry with crisp acidity, but relatively rounded and full on the palate, almonds and hazelnuts and a hint of green olive; salt water finish with excellent resonance and length.
