  November 21, 2021 - Cotes du Rhone (Frank's place in Matraville): From Coravin.
  Musty, cellar stink, volatile acidity, leather, almost a little cork taint, sharp red currant which softens with time. A little orange peel, earthy. And that sour red currant, translates to the palate, tannins are chalky, the cellar stink translates to the palate. A bit tired and old.

  July 10, 2021 - From Coravin. smells old...bit of cellar stink, leather, earth, smidge of volatility lends this a bit of a red fruit (currant, cranberry) note, touches of tomato leaf and some meaty, charcuterie notes. In the mouth it proves to be a little sour with a similar fruit profile and those tertiary characteristics. Other than the alcohol (which is a little warm on the back palate) it could be a skinny pinot. Interesting but not very pleasant.
