July 22, 2023 - A great everyday wine. Initially, this wine was extremely oaky. Almost over the top for my liking. But after breathing for an hour or so, that seemed to fade away. This wine still showed oak, but in a fitting manner. Aromas of strawberries, ripe cherries, and raspberries. Really easy drinking with mild tannins. A good overall balance with bright acidity and a smokey finish.

I think for the price, this is a good wine. Shows complexity and well. For $25, I am very pleased.
