투명한 느낌의 레몬빛 컬러
사과, 자몽, 시트러스, 곡물향
덜 익었지만 짠맛이 느껴지는 특유의 독특한 향.
코를 찌르는 높은 산도와 강렬한 버블
온도가 조금 오르니 맛이 확 좋아짐. 지금은 디캔팅이 필요한 듯.
잔당감은 거의 없는 편.

April 28, 2024 - No notes taken. This is a superb, young Dom Perignon. It might not be on par with the 2008 in terms of acidity, complexity, and stature, but it is already so good to drink today with all the signature toasty aromas, a beautiful minerality and a fresh citrusy core. Once mature and with a few more layers of complexity added, this will be even better.
