Nose: dark flower petals, ripe raspberry, mountain yogurt note, damp leaves
Palate: medium-high acidity, some tannins, a good balance on the suave side. Confirms the nose
Finish: medium
This is a great northern California Pinot, with beautiful flower notes. Drank well over two nights, and in my book this is a thinking piece, food may overwhelm. If anything perhaps a rich sole dish or salmon would do. Great on the p&p at room temp
