April 29, 2017 - Aromas and taste profile of a Chambolle 1er. Fooled a large group of Burgnuts completely. Nice profile of dusty mushroom with a core of nice strawberry fruit. Good structure and length. A pretty wine that punches well above its label. Impressive!

April 29, 2017 - Another Saturday at Knightsbridge - mostly blind (Northbrook, IL): Tasted double blind. Elegant and well balanced with fully mature red fruit. Very pleasant and balanced, slightly simple. I thought this a nice Burgundy Villages. Oops.

September 27, 2014 - Willamette Tasting (Knightsbridge - Northbrook IL): Tasting, brief note. I really liked this wine at release and was very pleased to see how well it has held up. As much red fruit as earth, good background spice and balance. Very enjoyable.
