May 15, 2023 - Superb white Burgundies: Wow clearly something that was from the 80s or early 90s but only one person managed to nail this as a non-champagne. Lovely patina that came with age, quite broad and oxidative in a Charles Heidsieck style. The only clue in hindsight that this wasn’t a champagne was the sweetness. Fantastic discovery. 11.5% alcohol.
