December 9, 2023 - Classic PN color. Giant nose--red fruits like raspberries filled my nostrils with scents of fresh tilled earth, spices, and green & black tea. Velvety smooth on the palette--lush but still light, probably due to the destemming--with red fruits and mushroom umami.
