January 21, 2024 - The wine looks ruby colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis). It tastes like black currant (cassis).

October 18, 2023 - Darkly colored, light in aroma and even lighter flavors of black fruit and black tea. Plum and dried leaf finish. Stout tannins. Needed at least 30 minutes to open.

October 12, 2023 - My wife and I both caught cherry and grilled meat in the nose, along with cheesecake. She liked the earthy quality. The mouthfeel is of round tannins, a sweeter front palate with a more savory middle and finish. The wine is extremely drinkable and friendly.
