February 2, 2024 - Super expressive nose. Jasmine flowers, honeycomb, lemon peel, pineapple, peach, mint, white pepper, river stone minerality. Full bodied & lush, with salted lemon finished that goes on and on and on. Bright fruitiness on the nose, but still very dry, not sweet on the palate. Sometimes auberts have some ripe sweetness that is a bit too much out of balance, this one is not that. 15.2% though, it’s a big boy with tons of flavors.

November 27, 2023 - A very nice Aubert. Rich and round, not maybe as incisive as the 2019s, but still a recognizable high end California style. A perfect crowd pleaser in my experience.
